In this role she continues to maximise DEI initiatives which include creating a welcoming environment for all team members, and ensuring diversity, equity and inclusivity remain at the forefront.
In addition, she is instrumental in the creation and implementation of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy globally.
