About this Talk

The answer is not as clear cut as one might think. There are many facets to this complicated topic and in this panel discussion, we will explore the facts of diversity and inclusion initiatives in organisations today. Like do these initiatives really work? Are our leaders just doing the minimum required and, where is the hard data to show that D&I programs are making an impact on organisational culture, team cohesion, or productivity?

Our panelists will be diverse in their perspectives, and we plan to have an open and honest conversation on this most important topic. Despite the fact that there's been much research on the subject tackled in varying ways, there are still many unanswered questions.

The implications of success or lack thereof span well beyond just one organisation; in the end, it affects society as a whole!
